Yeah Val!

Just a quick note to say CONGRATULATIONS on the wonderful little addition to your family. I'm so happy for you. You look beautiful in the pictures. I can't wait to read about it in your future blogs. Elena and I are in Rochester for Eastman summer school. School has never been so hard, and I'm trying my best to do it all. At least it won't last long and I'll be back in Florence eating yummy ice cream in mid-august. I hope everyone is doing well. love, Wendy
